DL Vertical Multistage Water Pump
DL/DLR vertical multi-stage centrifugal water pump adopts the hydraulic model of the high-efficiency and energy-saving product IS pump recommended by the country, and is a vertical multi-stage multi-segment structure. The screw clamps the water inlet section, the middle section and the water outlet section into a whole. Each stage of the pump is equipped with an impeller and a guide vane. The axial force is solved by the hydraulic balance method, and the residual axial force is borne by the ball bearing and lubricated with grease. The shaft seal adopts soft packing or mechanical seal. The outlet of the same pump can be set with 1 to 5 outlets.

Application:
1. It is mainly used for high-rise building domestic water supply, fire constant pressure water supply, automatic spray water, automatic water curtain water supply, etc. It can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines, long-distance water supply, supporting use of various equipment and water for various production processes.
2. It is used to transport diluted, clean, non-corrosive, non-explosive water and liquid without solid particles or fibers with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
3. The medium temperature of the DL vertical multistage centrifugal pump does not exceed 80℃, and the medium temperature of the DLR multistage centrifugal pump does not exceed 120℃.
Working Condition:
1. The medium used in the DL/DLR series multistage centrifugal pump should be similar to water, with a kinematic viscosity <150mm2/s, and no hard particles, and no corrosive properties.
2. This machine is used at an altitude of less than 1000 meters, if it exceeds, it should be mentioned in the order, so that the factory can provide you with more reliable products.
3. The operating temperature of the medium is -15℃～120℃.
4. The maximum system working pressure≤2.5MPa.
5. The ambient temperature should be lower than 40℃, and the relative humidity should be lower than 95%.

3. According to needs, the suction port and the discharge port can be installed in the same direction or in different directions of 90°, 180°, 270° to meet different connection occasions.
4. The head of this pump can be increased or decreased according to the needs and combined with the outer diameter of the cutting impeller to meet the requirements, without changing the installation area, which is not available in other pumps.
5. The motor is equipped with a rain cover, and the pump can be used outdoors, eliminating the pump room and saving construction costs.
6. The rotor of the this machine has a small deflection, and the 4-pole motor is selected, so it runs smoothly, with low vibration, low noise and long service life.
